Preferred / Plus Skills

Experience supporting .NET MAUI front ends

Knowledge of Azure or Docker

Experience in healthcare or medical software

Understanding of unit testing and back end best practices

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend systems using ASP.NET Core and C#

• Design, manage, and optimize relational databases for healthcare applications

• Build secure, well-documented RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integration

• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

• Apply clean architecture and write testable, maintainable code

• Develop core healthcare workflows (prescription, patient, and doctor modules)

• Integrate AI/LLM APIs with validation, formatting, and fallback handling

• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and audit logging

• Optimize performance using caching, background jobs, and query tuning

• Manage server configuration, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring

• Conduct unit, API, and integration testing across backend and AI components

• Fix bugs, refactor code, and continuously improve system reliability

• Document APIs and collaborate with frontend, AI, and clinical teams
