∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Auditing, Experience in Tally ERP 9 software, Finance/ Accounts, Microsoft Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Lamps
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficient in Tally ERP 9 software
∎ Auditing Accounts & Cash Management
∎ Create audit Accounts Inflow & Outflow reports using Tally ERP 9
∎ Analysis of sales/purchase/ inventory/ company profit & loss and other operations
∎ Prepare MIS report for the Management
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts audit report
∎ Regular monitor Sales/Purchase/Inventory/Accounts/Customer & Product Demand/ Administrative Operation
∎ Routine half-yearly closing physical stock audit of both warehouse and showroom & prepare a report
∎ Regular Journal Voucher Check, Daily purchase paper check, along with invoices, daily payment record check along with papers
∎ Slow items selection & analysis along with product history.
∎ Create strategies regarding the product movement along with Management.
∎ Make Supervises the Marketing team regarding upcoming campaign products.
∎ Make necessary audits as per the company's requirement
∎ Report & Work directly under the management
∎ Monitor individual employee performance report
∎ Create administrative reports
∎ Ensure, observe & review Customer service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Tally ERP 9
∎ Monitoring & Evaluating Skills
∎ Excellent verbal & written skills
∎ Strong Time Management
∎ Documentation Mnagemnet
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
