Completion of 3/4 years of Chartered Accountancy Course (ICAB) from a reputed CA firm.

• At least 3 years

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience after completion of CA Articleship Course, particularly intensive experience in audit, tax (both income tax/IT and value added tax/VAT, and all other different relevant compliance advisory and consulting assignments.

• Diverse experience with corporate, public sector, and non-profit entities would be a superb advantage;

• Strong knowledge of BFRS, BSA, Income Tax, VAT, SD, the Companies Act and other relevant laws.

Job Context:

We’re a well-established professional services firm with over 15 years of experience serving clients in all over Bangladesh. As part of our regional expansion into Chattogram and Khulna, we are looking to strengthen our Chattogram team with a competent and motivated Audit & Tax Manager. Our firm provides services to corporate, public sector, and not-for-profit organizations, offering a wide range of audit, tax, and compliance advisory solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements for corporate, public, and not-for-profit clients.

• Provide income tax, VAT, compliance, and regulatory advisory services.

• Review financial statements and audit documentation as per BSA/BFRS.

• Ensure client compliance with RJSC, tax, VAT, and other regulatory authorities.

• Handle individual and organizational management and compliance consulting.

• Supervise team members and ensure timely delivery of assignments.

• Maintain effective client communication and reporting.
