∎ BBA/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance.
∎ Bachelor/ Masters of Commerce in Accounting/ Finance

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-audit to Check & review the all kind's of bills & vouchers.
∎ To Check & verify all sorts of delivery Challans, MRR bills, all bills & voucher.
∎ To Check all bills of vehicle running, rental car bills, drivers, helper, loaders, daily basis workers & other allowances.
∎ To check & verify the suppliers payment bills & check list cheque clear.
∎ To check & verify the employee attendance check list, salary bill of employee including trainee staffs, commission and incentive.
∎ To pre-audit of all utility bills, after proper check & verify forward the same to accounts department.
∎ Checking / Monitoring Software Accounting Data.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process.
∎ To check and verify all kind of Bill Voucher related to procurement and other related expenses.
∎ To check and verify sales related documents such as sales incentive, trade offer calculation, half yearly and yearly incentive and delivery related work.
∎ Monthly inventory audit.
∎ Product replacement audit.
∎ Factory bill voucher audit.
∎ Distributor Closing Audit if necessary.
∎ Payroll Audit.
∎ Any other tasks are given by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years

Salary: Negotiable
