∎ Job Location Modonpur, Narayangonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & verify all kinds of bills/vouchers for ensuring the accuracy and/or correctness of accounting transactions.
∎ Prepare audit & physical market verification reports for review of the management.
∎ Conduct audit on purchase orders, bill of exchange & bank reconciliations, etc.
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage all Books of Accounts through ERP Software.
∎ Maintaining have intercompany reconciliation current account when the transaction occurs.
∎ Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to help preparation of financial statements.
∎ Perform and supervision Of Internal Audit Departmental activities under supervision Of Head of Audit.
∎ Inspect cash in hand, receivable, payable & physical stock verification, etc.
∎ Inspect account books or system for efficiency, effectiveness and/or acceptability.
∎ Work with operational teams regarding audit issues and ensure implementation of policies.
∎ Ensure implementations of the control systems (policies & procedures) through monitoring & evaluation, as appropriate.
∎ Participate in special audit, as and when required.
∎ Maintain audit documentations and/or files in a systematic manner.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years working experience in a large scale trading & commercial organization at Executive level in preparation of Account & Financial report or in conducting Audit independently.
