∎ BBA , MBA or Hon's/Masters From any recognized University or Automobile Engineer

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & observation of all route vehicles;
∎ Daily transport report send to head office
∎ Follow up the vehicles at the certain route / maintains the vehicles (if Needs);
∎ Take necessary steps against customer complaints;
∎ Arranged a meeting with the route staffs , discuss the problems and able to solve the problems;
∎ Responsible Transports related all , Administration, Controlling, and Monitoring of the Company;
∎ Competitor's price information's, Customer research, Current market rate condition & others approval reports send to Management time to time;
∎ Maintaining transport all over Bangladesh;
∎ Set up guideline for team to develop effective daily transport sales strategy;
∎ Daily all officers wise attendance, tour/sales plan, collection money report submit by management;
∎ Develop the brand image of the company;
∎ Monitor, review & report on all transportation activity & results;
∎ Create transport presentation & Prepare report as required by management;
∎ Transport related all Technical problem solutions, create transport demands;
∎ Submit accurate information to head office about company's transport performance;
∎ Submit transport Sales & Marketing plan to management;
∎ For satisfying the customers to give instant solution of any problem by concerning the higher management;
∎ To arrange promotional activity like as spot meeting, get together with potential customers;
∎ Assist in territory wise business trend analysis, branding and communication tools development and implementation;
∎ Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant; corrective and preventive actions, and plan for and deliver best practice initiatives for products to drive revenues;
∎ Control, Supervision, Motive, Training, Monitor throughout the company including H/O staff;
∎ Full monitoring all over transportation & others issues;
∎ Allocate, monitor and over see all the responsibilities assigned to drivers & helpers
∎ Prepare schedule & monitor the movement of vehicles;
∎ Supervise drivers and ensure that resources are used to maximum productivity;
∎ Keep complete record of goods delivery report and get updated of all trip schedule report;
∎ Maintain Customer Delivery Database;
∎ Monitoring Daily tracking report;
∎ Prepare Route Plan according to delivery schedule;
∎ Possess in depth knowledge on transport Operations;
∎ Others relevant work assigned by Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years experience on Relevant area
∎ The applicants should have experience in Transport area
