Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ 1.Strong understanding of textile science, fiber properties, yarn construction, and fabric construction.
∎ 2.Experience with various testing methods for fabrics (physical, chemical, etc.).
∎ 3.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
∎ 4.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ 5.Good Communication skill on English.
∎ 6.Good Knowledge on MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS World etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Conduct research on new fibers, yarns, weaving/knitting techniques, finishing processes, and fabric functionalities.
∎ 2.Develop and test new fabric to meet specific requirements and market trends.
∎ 3.Ensure that fabric quality is achievable and can be maintained from development through to bulk delivery.
∎ 4.Analyze fabric performance data and recommend improvements to existing fabrics or process.
∎ 5.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in textile technology and sustainable practices.
∎ 6.Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, fabric specifications and fabric process detail.
