• At least 2 years on mentioned position.Sound knowledge on lean production system.

• Strong operation breakdown knowledge with minimum helper job.

• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.Good knowledge & skills in computing.

• Must be familiar with modern garments factory practices.Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Problem-solving abilities.

• Documentation and communication skills.

• Short layout or cell design capabilities for short orders.

• Strong and proactive leadership skills.

• Good knowledge on garments costing at marketing stage and focus to achieve each on post cost.

• Training and development skills.

• Can able to lead and teach team members.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Self-assurance of quality or error less work.

• Ensure IE improvements on man, machine, method, and materials with all teams.

• Any other assignments at the discretion of management.
