Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of automation and manual process to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Plan for production on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, per day work load and on the basis of monthly target.
∎ Analyze and coordinate the factory personnel and capital resources.
∎ Match the color shade according to buyers' requirement and visit the floor on continuous basis.
∎ Work with Business Unit and management teams on business improvement projects, pricing, costing & profitability studies.
∎ Follow up the delivery on due date.
∎ Calculate Embroidery accessories/ Materials consumption.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Maintain embroidery all sub-contract.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage and extra hour work.
∎ Apply update technique to improve embroidery & meet buyers desired.
∎ Monitoring/ensure compliance in the factory as per buyer/companies required.
∎ Teams & hard work for achieve success for work/target/company.
∎ Meet to audit to get success/better result.Submit yearly/monthly profit/value & loss statement.
∎ Analysis production capacity/increase & risk point for each style/order.
∎ Positive intention to do buyer/company’s hospitality.
∎ Monitoring embroidery report on production, target, value, quality, receive, deliver, balance, & HR/Compliance.
