We serve as a link between renowned raw material manufacturers and end-users in these sectors. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and prospects to evaluate their needs and promote products and services effectively.

• Deliver impactful sales presentations to diverse potential customers.

• Liaise with principals regarding product specifications and availability as per supervisor directives.

• Arrange and coordinate principal visits to both existing and potential clients.

• Support principals and technical experts during chemical/product trials at client locations, providing technical assistance and service.

• Conduct comprehensive market analyses, including cost-benefit and needs assessments for current and potential customers.

• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

• Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, to develop new business opportunities.

• Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.

• Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, challenges, competitive activities, and new product or service opportunities.

• Manage deposits, balance payments, and credit collections from clients.

• Participate in credit meetings to assess market credit statuses and implement strategies for recovering outstanding dues.

• Monitor aging reports and forecast monthly credit collections.

• Periodically forecast product import requirements to ensure supply chain efficiency.
