Responsibilities & Context:
Manage operation of the electronic toll collection system, in collaboration with the senior managers.
Plan, Organize and conduct toll duty operations & supervise toll administrative staff & Toll collectors.
Overseeing daily toll plaza operations
Managing staff ( training, performance)
Ensuring accurate revenue collection
Maintaining toll systems/equipment
Handling customer service/complaints
Coordinating traffic flow with authorities, and implementing procedures for efficiency, safety, and compliance
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: BDT 35,000 - 40,000 (everything included)
