Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of different print techniques and execute all sample for multiple buyers.
∎ Execute shift wise printing production according to the production plan, pre-production department design section, Engraving section, Lab, Color kitchen & R&D section for running sample programs.
∎ Follow-up Sample/Counter sample/Gold seal/SMS/First bulk printing & full finishing process with ensuring quality until Bulk production.
∎ Ensure testing parameters according to buyer requirement.
∎ Record/Documentation of all data very precisely.
∎ Work closely with Line manager and merchandising team in order to foresee smooth production and ensure quality.
∎ Follow up the shift wise production status & submit to line supervisor, fabric TOD (Time of delivery) & ensure production approval as per TOD.
∎ Ensure the fabric quality during printing.
∎ To make printing paste recipe & check the chemical use in proper way.
∎ Find out before print fabric fault during production & inform to line manager.
∎ For any problematic issues arise, communicate with line manager along with concern department.
∎ Proper manpower utilization.
∎ Achieve the production target with better quality.
∎ Follow up the In-charge, Supervisors & Operators to enhance the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must communicate with other production related department.
∎ Ability to recognize fabric fault and give instant decision according to print procedure.
∎ Ability to give decision on any kind of printing department’s problems related to man, machine, method etc.
