Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Technology having major Garment/ Apparel Technology from any reputed University like AUST/BUTEX/KUET/Prime Asia/City/Southeast/NITER/Daffodil/MBSTU etc. with CGPA of 3.00 or Above.
∎ Candidates must have mentioned the major subject in CV
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Playing vital role in production planning, preparation of production, production follow-up and Fulfil the production target.
∎ Communicating with marketing & garments production department to assess the risk before starting any new style.
∎ Ensuring quality during bulk production period & controlling rejection.
∎ Ensuring the best Utilization of manpower and resources.
∎ Communicate with Line manager, Merchandiser. Cutting concern. Garments concern if any problem arises.
∎ Maintaining prompt communication with the planning and cutting dept. to maintain the line requirement and WIP.
∎ Frequently checking receive report, production report, finishing report, delivery status, and print balance status of any running style.
∎ Giving any technical solution to the line if required.
∎ Must have idea about Standard Minute Value (SMV).
∎ Ensuring delivery at right time with acceptable quality.
∎ Giving report to top management on the performance of the Production and any need for improvement.
∎ Developing standards of excellence, continuous improvement, oversee and follow-up quality.
∎ Working on all types of wastage minimization.
∎ Maintaining 55.

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord.
