Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sales target & achievement and customer bill collections.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently for a long time
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Identify key customers and maintain a good, long-term relationship with them
∎ Plan, develop, and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy
∎ Dealer / Distributor Selection.
∎ Collect the orders from dealers/distributors.
∎ Collect DD (Demand Draft) and cash from Dealer/distributor point.
∎ Context:
∎ We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager/Manager of Sales to join our adhesive & chemical sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met and managing customer bill collections. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing relationships with both existing and new customers, identifying key clients, and fostering long-term partnerships.
