Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job design, standardize timing SMV and methods.
∎ Production balancing, Process engineering.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
∎ To analyze performance of operators & assist for salary decision.
∎ Prepare construction style package and follow-up.
∎ Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ Participate in the production planning.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ Develop an IE team Train the production team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
∎ To co - ordinate with others relevant department for improving their working procedures
∎ Experience in Working Costing and Production SMV
∎ Preparing daily production reports, Monthly improvements reports with graphical presentation.
∎ Time study and updating time study database including videos on a constant basis.
∎ Research on motion study and implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions.
∎ Research on new machinery and the latest systems that meet companies long term goal and preparing cost-benefit analysis and ROI for the same.
∎ Initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for the scope of implementation.
