Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person will be required to look after & Responsible for overall Sample & CAD Section.
∎ Planning and organizing all Sample & CAD schedules properly.
∎ Properly establishing & maintaining operational guidelines, procedure & practice.
∎ Assessing the risk in different sample stages and provide technical guideline in bulk production stages.
∎ Ensure on time sample making & Sample arranging according to buyer instruction.
∎ Solve any problem regarding pattern, marker and any technical issues while productions are running.
∎ Must have the ability to create new program and meetup customer demand.
∎ Establish effective communication with other departments & organize every schedule with merchandising department to ensure that the deadlines are meet.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection in an effective & efficient manner
∎ Mail communication with buyers/merchandisers and others departments for different issues of Sample & CAD.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to operate all types of sewing machine.
∎ Can make sample from sketch. Ability to make all types of development sample.
∎ Must have ability to make all types of pattern (Knit and Outerwear), pattern correction, pattern size grading, Manual marker making, computerized marker making etc.
∎ Must have knowledge on IE, modern machineries and cost minimization.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
