Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procure raw materials and spare parts from company enlisted vendor as per management approval.
∎ Follow up with forwarder, customs authority, clearing agent and all import consignments.
∎ Communicate with buyer in case of any discrepancy in terms of quantity or quality.
∎ Perform LC opening, payment procedures, collection as well as communicate with Bank, Insurance, Freight forwarder and other government department.
∎ Bond management with sound knowledge of H.S Code, SRO, etc.
