- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputed Public University.

Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal control systems, and risk-based auditing.

Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, VAT/Tax compliance, and inventory management systems.
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently to factories and depots across Bangladesh.
Qualifications & Requirements

We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Internal Audit
Sajeeb Group is looking for a strategic and data-driven audit professional who blends analytical insight with strong operational understanding. This position is not for traditional audit work-it’s for someone who can connect data, process, and performance to enhance governance, compliance, and business outcomes.
You will be responsible for both strategic audit analysis and day-to-day operational audit activities across factories, depots, and sales operations-ensuring integrity, compliance, and efficiency at every level.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Analytical Responsibilities
- Conduct data-driven internal audits focusing on business risks, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Develop audit dashboards, KPIs, and trend analyses to support management decisions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks using data analytics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure alignment with policies and processes.
- Prepare comprehensive, insight-based audit reports for management review.
- Support automation and digitization of audit tracking systems for proactive monitoring.
Day-to-Day Operational Audit Activities
- Perform daily and routine audits of factory operations, depots, and distribution channels.
- Verify sales collection, inventory reconciliation, and cash management records at regional offices.
- Check procurement, store issue, and consumption records for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure documentation, vouchers, and approvals meet internal control standards.
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
- Conduct spot audits and surprise checks in depots and production units when necessary.
- Support monthly audit summaries and internal review meetings with management.
