Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be Graduate in Veterinary Science from a Public University with requisite training and registration from government authority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit animals in their living environments, such as a farm or stables.
∎ To handle, examine and treat all species of animals, including domestic animals, farm livestock and others alike.
∎ To carry out different tests of animals which are under his/her care.
∎ To give advice to farmers on different issues such as nutrition, breeding and herd health.
∎ To ensure routinely visit to farm to check the health of livestock.
∎ To immunize animals against different types of disease.
∎ To euthanize old and terminally ill animals.
∎ To work on out-of-hours if any emergency cases arise.
∎ To maintain up-to-date records of each animal.
∎ To liaise with, and refer to, other professionals within the farm or stables.
∎ To inspect certain animal products to ensure that they are safe for human consumption.
∎ To research diseases, test and manage infection outbreaks, investigate food safety issues of animals under his/her care.
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate must have computer literacy.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Proven working experience as a Veterinary Surgeon.

Salary: Negotiable
