Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline/ Textile/ Fabric.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Knitting quality and Ensure fabric quality as per customer quality standards.
∎ Responsible for developing Fabric quality of Knitting Production.
∎ To assist Production in all fabric & other operational related matters in textile division.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management for Knitting Quality Section as well as correspondence.
∎ Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the production Critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customer quality standards.
∎ Solving any problem by discussing with higher authority and should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Follow up and maintain all fabrics quality reports concerning Knitting
∎ Manage Fabrics quality platform and follow up the running order’s quality activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Will be responsible for several Quality matters form fabrics to shipment of goods.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good experience on MS Officer & E-mail operation.
∎ Correct method and good training.
∎ Should have to develop the high quality customer service for all query issues.
∎ Should have to design the quality training programs.
∎ Checking the efficiency of the examination.
∎ Should have to design and develop new ways regarding improvement of quality.
