Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fisheries, HRM, microfinance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking HR, Administrative related policies, procedures and activities.
∎ Job analysis, manpower planning, recruitment, selection & appointment, preserving of personal files of employees.
∎ Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes
∎ Prepare the Job Description (JD) of employees, Identify of TNA & conduct the training.
∎ Performance appraisal & evaluation, promotion letter & increment of employees.
∎ Practice of Labor act -2006, Labor rules- 2013. Legal & disciplinary actions, final settlement.
∎ Identify TNA, prepare curriculum & conduct the training.
∎ Housekeeping, cleanliness, intelligence, security, safety issues & activities, health & hygiene.
∎ Salary, wages, compensation & benefits, maternity benefit, welfare activates.
∎ Follow-up attendance, leave & absenteeism.
∎ Provide ID card to employees.
∎ Managing of employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling and grievance handling.
∎ Handle of legal & disciplinary matter & activities, final settlement.
∎ Ensure to update all NOC, licenses & certifications.
∎ Experienced to collect quotation of various product and purchase.
∎ Ability to conduct and control of Microfinance team & unit.
∎ Follow-up security & safety strategy, policy and procedures, intelligence & legal compliance.
∎ Looking after all types of local issues, Govt & non-Govt agencies.
∎ Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
∎ Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
∎ Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work experienced on Microfinance will get advantage.
∎ Good in Computer Typing both in Bangle & English.
∎ Should be smart & well communicator.
∎ Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media like whatsapp, messenger, imo etc.
∎ Able to do hard work & have challenging mentality.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile bill , Free Accommodation.
