Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build a strong relationship with the clients and prospects.
∎ To visit different organizations/places for developing/creating new clients.
∎ To create sales presentation for the prospective individuals and corporate clients.
∎ To create sales forecasts, reports and market analysis for Sales-In-Charge and Top Management.
∎ To follow and correspondence and documentation on regular basis with clients.
∎ To be an excellent communicator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Must be target oriented and to achieve the target of selling plots.
∎ Have sound knowledge about Real Estate Land business and present market.
∎ Computer expertise is must.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
