Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a Master degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA major in Finance or Master degree in Social Science. Candidates who have completed CA/ACCA course will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Preferably 5 years' relevant experience especially donor funded program (e.g USAID) or agency will be given preference; working experience in grants and compliance frame will be an added value.
∎ Age preferably below 50 years.
∎ Possesses very good skills in preparing financial report, grants management, financial control and monitoring, and compliances. Excellent documentation, communication, report writing and presentation skills. Skills in private sector engagement in public health related project implementation.
∎ Possesses high level of integrity and excellent operating skills in MS Office application suite and relevant accounting software; skills in interpersonal relationship, and working in team approach.
∎ Coordination and communication skills with implementing partners, vendors and various stakeholders.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
