Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience working in project sales is preferred.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Industrial Air Conditioner/HVAC/Chiller industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Bengali and English, with strong verbal communication skills for in-person and online meetings.
  • Communication Skills: Candidates with strong communication abilities, who can work under pressure and meet targets, are encouraged to apply.
  • Client Relations: Should maintain a good reputation with clients and have the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Other must have skills: Candidate shall be proactive to search potential clients and follow up with clients to achieve the sales target. Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and results oriented Must be willing to travel to remote project locations.


Responsibilities & Context:

Resposibilities & Context

  • Candidate shall be determined to become experts in the HVAC/Chiller field
  • Continuous professional development through company-provided and on the job training, including, but not limited to, business and finance, marketing, sales process and strategy, and public speaking
  • Coordinate and/or participate in trade shows and marketing/sales seminars
  • Pricing preparation along with basic design concept
  • In charge of developing new sales business and further develop the relationship with existing clients
  • Evaluation of market potential, finding sales opportunities in other related sectors as well (MNC, Corporate houses, Commercial Complexes, Industries, Shopping Center, RMG, Consultants etc)
  • Complete sales calls to generate new business and build on existing relationships
  • Present solutions to customers for consideration
