Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ B.COM/ BBA/ M.Com/ MBA (Accounting Finance) from any recognized university with CA (Inter) in preferred. CACC will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and coordinate with customers for the timely and accurate collection of payment.
∎ Notify customers for delay payment by mail, email, telephone in order to recover payment.
∎ Monitor work progress and collection processes, handle and investigate cases for efficient dues recovery.
∎ Daily and monthly outstanding report
∎ Coordinate with sales person for Credit recovery and minimize credit losses.
∎ Coordinating in house team to accelerate revenue.
∎ Credit list update regularly.
∎ Handle inquiries from customers' staffs on payment issues and outstanding balances.
∎ Compiling status and management report.
∎ Ensuring credit collection policies, procedures with customers.
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must be able to speak and write in both Bangla and English.
∎ Candidates must have good communication skill to send email to B2B customers.
∎ Candidates must have good negotiate skill to work with B2B customers.
∎ Candidates must be have skill to work with Microsoft office programs.
∎ Dynamic and Hard working.
∎ Should have a positive attitude & team spirit and willingness to work under pressure
∎ Accounting Knowledge in QuickBooks or Tally.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area : Internet, IP Telephone, IP TV & ITES.
Salary: Negotiable
