∎ Graduate/Masters in any discipline from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and ensure daily cutting and lay plan;
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ IE & Planning/APM/ Quality Head & others for Day-to-Day work;
∎ Communicate with Production Planning & Production Department and discussion about the cut plan;
∎ Ensure to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitor the quality of cut-fabrics;
∎ Ensure to Shade & shrinkage-wise fabric stack & relax 24 hours before cutting;
∎ Ensure to Shrinkage group-wise pattern collection from the technical department;
∎ Ensure Style-wise cutting quality monitoring;
∎ Ensure to Lay, cutting report & shading chart register check;
∎ Ensure to part inspection from top to bottom;
∎ Ensure to cutting quality inspection after numbering & bundling;
∎ Follow-up all process of fabric cutting to avoid cutting fault;
∎ Batch wise cutting pcs follow up & when to cut 25% quantity on order;
∎ Prepare and submit update report about daily activities to the line manager;
∎ Maintain 5s and checking Sharp tools record;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Females are encouraged to apply;
∎ At least 8 years of experience in similar position in a large knit garment industry;
∎ Pro-active, independent, and result-oriented;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;
∎ Job Location : Mawna, Gazipur
