Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering/ IPE from any reputed University/Institutions
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Office

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan of orders, coordinating with merchandiser, production team with effective efficiency (Order to ship).
∎ Collect Micro Production Plan (MPP) from Central and evaluate capacity allocation and associated load qty vs. risks.
∎ Reviewing Production plan and ensuring timely shipment, coordinating with merchandiser for raw material floor for efficient production plan.
∎ Receive style-wise order from Merchandising team and update PPC master database (MOP).
∎ Initiate Time & Action (TNA) plan with factory merchant based on shipment date of each order.
∎ Find Bottlenecks, Technical difficulties, Machine, Manpower and quality related issues in advance for next two month production plan.
∎ Will be responsible for optimal capacity planning with cost reduction and increased profitability.
∎ Revise initial TNA if discrepancies found in shipment dates
∎ Ensure line production begins as per start date on MPP
∎ Follow-up with factory to ensure Fabric, Trims and Accessories are in-housed on time and shipment will go as per plan.
∎ Book factory capacity based on order forecast from Buyer/ Merchandiser, every 120 days each unit.
∎ Prepare and share Monthly shipment analysis against plan with key failures to Merchant/GM & planning Head
∎ Prepare Weekly Unit/Factory Matrix (Additions/Drops/Capability/Capacity/Price points etc.).
∎ Attend Pre-Production (PP) meeting of pre-selected critical/flagged orders to ensure corrective actions are taken on time.
∎ Expert in Assort planning (Cut to ship as per Buyer PO packing list).
∎ Material planning for Supply chain for all in hand orders based on current production vs. shipment plan.
∎ Visit critical factories bi-weekly to determine effective resolution and find the real scenario.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning, SOP and Merchandising.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
