Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Graduation from Public University (Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University, Khulna University, Rajshahi University and Jaganath University, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Pabna University of Science & Technology), preferably in Sociology, Social Work, Social Welfare & Research, Economics, Statistics, Anthropology, Peach and Conflict, Health Economics & Development Studies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Market with local, multinational & international partners(NGO/INGO/GOVT./DONOR)
∎ Visit the existing and new client frequently and update to the management
∎ Develop/prepare research concept note and proposal and submits as per requirement
∎ Design, conduct study, analysis and write reports. Presentation to clients as per direction
∎ Any other jobs given by the company time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' experience. Full time work with research agency or NGO/Donor agency.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both Bengali & English.
∎ Sound knowledge in social research and development sector
∎ Develop Market with local, multinational & international partners
∎ SPSS, MS Excess, STATA operation skills will be an added advantage.
∎ Expert the digital survey platform ODK/Kubo Tool box, Survey to go etc.
∎ ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATION REQUIREMENTS:
∎ Employee should attend office for 10 AM to 6 PM and delayed attendance will be treated as per company policy. Our office is 6 days (Sunday-Friday).
∎ Employee should have the mindset to visit field & travel out of Dhaka for field visit (if necessary)
∎ Employee should have the mindset to conduct FGD/KII/IDI/Case study etc. Facilitation & Interpretation as well as report writing.
∎ Employee should have the mindset to visit local and international partner, Email & Over phone communication as per requirements.
∎ Employee should undergo a provision period of 3 months.
∎ No other benefits (Festival bonus, leave, etc.) will be availed during this period and absenteeism will be subjected to without pay
∎ After the provision period employee should be entitled to 2 festival bonuses per year (50% of the salary amount per bonus)
∎ After the provision period employee will be entitled to enjoy paid leave as per company policy
∎ After the provision period employee will be entitled to yearly increment based on his/her performance over the past year
