Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the maintenance of required re-order level of raw materials, spare parts, stationaries, etc. for smooth operation within the group.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Conduct periodical internal audit.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
∎ Ensure the issuance of raw materials & others as per approved material requisition.
∎ Monitor, supervise all the activities of Store department within the group.
∎ Initiate for continuous process improvement in inventory management;
∎ Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
