Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Leather industry, Leather technology, shoe machinery, Shoe Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improvement of Method and SMV reduction/ Method Re-engineering
∎ Make cost SMV for marketing and also make bulk SMV for the production floor.
∎ Calculate SMV and prepare SMV bank
∎ Set the targets, draft and design the layout of the machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
∎ Training of workers.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of all data and reports.
∎ Make monthly projections for marketing and make monthly production plan for plant and also monitoring.
∎ Develop a recruiting system that right employees recruit for the right place
∎ Make the daily basis planning and line balancing as per the layout.
∎ Monitor production output and find out bottle-necks, technical, quality, machinery problems with an immediate solution.
∎ Line balancing / leveling the production.
∎ Reduce changeover time.
∎ Reduce total cycle time of product manufacturing.
∎ Cause and effect analysis to identify the wastage and elimination.
∎ Standardize the product manufacturing method /system.
∎ Optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Work together with the Information Technology (IT) department to develop a capable MIS & ERP for the factory.
∎ Any other tasks that as and when assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Textile/ Leather/ Footwear engineering with having good IE knowledge is also preferable
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skill.
