Business Development, Business Expansion, Business Strategy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Develop a New Business.
∎ To develop & Implement business growth strategies.
∎ To Find out potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities.
∎ To contact potential clients for the establishment of rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Recognize opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales.
∎ Research and cultivate an accurate perception of the organization's mission and goals.
∎ Forecast sales objectives and ensure they are fulfilled by the business development team.
∎ Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports.
∎ Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
