∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make strategic creation and placement of native content that promotes company’s all cosmetics products across it’s own Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
∎ Along with the design and functionality of a website, he will also be responsible for the website content.
∎ To ensure that the company’s website reaches its target audience easily. This includes optimizing website structure and content for search engines and use of paid advertising available on the digital space.
∎ To convert website visitors into online sales. To achieve this goal he has to ensure an easy and bug-free online shopping experience.
∎ Sometimes he has to write expert articles for popular blogs or online magazines or to grant interviews to digital newspapers, podcasts, and so on.
∎ To make measurable analytics to identify weaknesses and find ways to improve performance across all the channels and report to the Management regularly as well.
∎ He will be responsible for all aspects of a company's digital strategy.
∎ He must adapt his strategy with the constantly changing digital landscape.
∎ He has to initiate strategies that will work on company’s image building, connect with the customers and boost return on investment.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to Top Management.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Very good in Stress Management.
Salary: Negotiable
