Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
1+ experience in inventory management is highly preferred, Audit, Inventory Audit, Inventory Manageemnt, Inventory/ Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconciliation of the inventories of the branch/warehouse with the ERP software balance.
∎ Reconciles documentation with actual inventory or assets to ascertain accuracy.
∎ Presents summarized findings concerning audit results and trends for internal groups.
∎ Physical counting of the branch/warehouse Inventory.
∎ Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all paperwork, preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring.
∎ Checking Sale Memo (SO) with the ERP software.
∎ To find out ERP software's pending: Incoming Transfer Order (TRIN) & Incoming Transfer Order (TROUT).
∎ Working Inventory Process (WIP).
∎ Establish measured daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs through reports.
∎ Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
∎ Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, slow-moving and non-moving inventory, etc.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Audit on inventory by coordinating with external and internal teams.
∎ Hire, train, develop and supervise staff, Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
∎ May work extra hours during busy audit seasons or to meet certain milestones.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the team leader or management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the physical fitness to perform field related inventory audit-related work.
Salary: Negotiable
