Accounts and audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining internal audit scope and developing annual internal audit plan.
∎ Ensuring implementation of internal audit plan
∎ Perform duties essential to attain internal audit goals coordinating with the concerned departments.
∎ Preparing analysis for departments.
∎ Conducting investigations on irregularities and errors.
∎ Drafting recommendations on corrective measures.
∎ Prepare and finalized internal audit reports
∎ Preparing SOPs and checklist for internal audit processes
∎ Ensuring physical stock taking activity of stores is performed as planned and as per the physical stock SOP of internal audit.
∎ Ensuring physical stock taking activity of WIP is performed as planned and as per the physical stock SOP.
∎ Ensuring physical stock taking activity of fixed asset is performed as planned and as per the physical stock SOP.
∎ Ensuring physical stock taking activity of cash in hand is performed as planned and as per the physical stock SOP.
∎ Ensuring verification and analysis of stock in trade and stores and spares inventory periodical reports
∎ Review of Inventory reconciliation
∎ Review of outsource audit
∎ Ensuring verification and analysis of expenses as per the SOPs and checklist of internal audit.
∎ Ensuring internal audits of different processes performing as per the SOPs and checklist of internal audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable for managing multiple audit teams
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills is a must
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communications both written and speaking in English
∎ Honest and Hardworking.
∎ Good Interpersonal and Leadership skill.
∎ Excellent skill on MS office package, especially Excel.
∎ Ability to prepare Reports for Management.
