Responsibilities & Context:
- Staff management & roster monitoring. Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance.
- Making Purchase indent to fill medicine requirements (Indoor & Outdoor).
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including prescription logs, inventory records, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to medication dispensing and storage.
- Urgent local purchase of medicine by informing purchasing dept.
- Identify & solve wrong indent
- Regular and monthly spot inventory checking
- Making round with Chief of Clinical Development & Governance to solve various problems on spot
- Playing an important role in the skill development & training for new pharmacy staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure comprehensive maintenance of quality standards in Pharmacy store.
