Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd and Barnali Collections Ltd.
∎ 100 % Honest in all aspect
∎ Implement & follow up on all required SOPs to improve productivity & quality for the knitting & dyeing section.
∎ Analyzing production gaps to improve the productivity of man, material & machine.
∎ Must have knowledge about dice & chemicals.
∎ Should have the capability to control the usage of raw materials.
∎ Preparing & following up on dyeing loading & unloading plans by ensuring the best capacity utilization. Follow up on machine-wise daily production, reprocess, & reporting to management.
∎ Monitoring individual parameter-wise lost times & finding possible solutions.
∎ Finding the reasons for dyeing reprocesses.
∎ Check out daily capacity & provide a target.
∎ Preparing different types of proposals for cost minimization & time-consuming·
∎ Need to do data analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPI (key performance indicator) and control them after setting a benchmark.
∎ Monitoring and Auditing IE and Jr.IE activities in all the units
