Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the execution of finance & Accounts operation complying with company policy and IAS and IFRS.
∎ Responsible for process improvement of overall finance & accounts activities in the organization.
∎ Extract and input data from various sources in accounting systems.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement and MIS report of accounts and finance for management.
∎ Prepare the monthly accounts and submit to the superior.
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the record of all productive items & acquisition of fixed assets.
∎ Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheet, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, invoice, monitoring timely submission of financial report etc. to the superior.
∎ Ensure that the accounts payable management maintained accordingly to support operational requirements.
∎ Prepare annual budgeting and planning process in accordance with the management.
∎ Liaison with income Tax Laws, VAT, Bank and others regulatory provisions including annual return filing.
∎ Develop and implement "Profitability Improvement Plan".
∎ Prepare plan of action for internal control audit and implement accordingly.
∎ Monitoring total operating cost and interest cost. CAPEX classification and projected cost allocation.
∎ Supervise VAT & TAX related matter.
∎ Maintain all Papers & Registers of share Department.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent Computer skill.
