Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university. Candidate having CA CC with Certificate level passed or CMA 1000 marks completed with practical experience in any export-oriented industry will get preference.

Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the execution of Finance & Accounts operation complying with company policy.
∎ Responsible for process improvement of overall Finance & Accounts activities in the organization.
∎ Supervise & monitor the daily activities of department staff.
∎ Extract and input data from various sources in accounting systems.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement and MIS report of accounts and finance for management.
∎ Coordinate and lead the monthly accounts and submit to the superior.
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the record of all productive items & acquisition of fixed assets.
∎ Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheet, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, invoice, monitoring timely submission of financial report etc. to the superior.
∎ Ensure that the billing and collection schedule is maintained accordingly to support operational requirements.
∎ Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in accordance with the management conversant with income Tax Laws, VAT, Bank and others regulatory provisions including annual return filing.
∎ Develop and implement "Profitability Improvement Plan".
∎ Prepare plan of action for internal control audit and implement accordingly.
∎ Monitoring total operating cost and interest cost.
∎ Supervise VAT & TAX related matter.
∎ Identify skill and behavioral gap among accounts personnel and take necessary actions.
∎ Able to make yearly financial budget of any current or new venture.
∎ Carry out any special duty assigned by the management for the organizational interest.
