Job Context:

∎ To lead the Store functions of Textiles Complex to achieve the organization`s objectives this position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in strategic activities. The incumbent will be act as a change agent to accelerate organizational development and overall transformation. The Group is looking for experienced, energetic, dynamic and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and maintain all fabric stores with effectively and well-coordinated;
∎ Assist to Lead, support and manage the entire fabrics store activities both bulk and sample;
∎ Ensure timely receive, issue QA check, GRN and storing goods with bin management;
∎ Ensure good housekeeping maintaining health & safety including 5S and buyer compliance;
∎ Daily GR and GI maintain both physically and ERP records;
∎ All fabrics must be keeping as per buyer/style/order/batch and color code maintain;
∎ Buyer wise fabrics keeping, recording and reporting regular basis;
∎ Ensure on time delivers all fabrics to production must maintain FIFO method;
∎ Daily cycle counting plan, prepare to cover quarterly full cycle done;
∎ Maintain 100% stock accuracy are set;
∎ Provide month closing report as per schedule to the Management;
∎ Handle all staffs including loaders with optimum level of utilization;
∎ Keep records and documents of slow moving, rejected, dead fabrics storing;
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by Management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply;
∎ Must have proven experience in fabric store from any large RMG Industry;
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented;
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must;
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, especially in ERP;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
