B.Sc/M.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed Public/ Private University.

• At least 5 years

• Age 30 to 35 years

• At least 5 year(s) working experience in manufacturing unit of any reputed manufacturing industry with related job responsibilities as required.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Electrical, Electrical Maintenance, Fire safety Management, PLC Programming, Six Sigma.

• The applicants should have sound knowledge in advanced level MS office program.

• Only males are highly encouraged to apply.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

• Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting reports to senior management.

• Proficiency in computer-aided design CAD/SOLIDWORKS software and maintenance management systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing electrical systems for various industrial applications in the Lubricants & Polymer manufacturing process. Oversee the electrical maintenance activities within the organization, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical & Mechanical systems and equipment.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions.

• Lead a team of electrical maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and skill development.

• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

• Troubleshoot electrical problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on overall operations.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements in electrical maintenance processes.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.

• Prepare reports on electrical maintenance performance, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

• Any Other jobs assigned by the management.
