Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc In Textile Engineering with Major in Dyeing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for dyeing production as per instruction of department head.
∎ Ensure fabric quality before delivery.
∎ Execute total dyeing order according to schedule.
∎ Coordinate with other department Like Knitting, printing, finishing & quality.
∎ Confirm shade approval.
∎ Plan and execute as per buyer requirement to ensure quality.
∎ Co-ordination with the Planning Department for the dyeing program.
∎ Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority
∎ Taking care of yarn dyed fab production
∎ Taking care of machine maintenance with quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance with co-ordination of Maintenance team.
∎ Regular training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues
∎ Co-ordination with Planning for the program and quality control dept. for testing of fastness properties.
∎ Taking care of testing of Rubbing, washing, Light and Perspiration fastness.
∎ Co – ordination with laboratory, Dyeing and planning departments for day to day production requirements and sampling activities.
∎ Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

∎ Age 25 to 38 years
