Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare & Update data base of field force regarding recruitment, posting, transfer, confirmation status, final settlement processes etc.
∎ Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
∎ Compile daily primary and secondary sales report of all market
∎ Split and prepare distributor-wise/area-wise/division-wise sales target
∎ Revise area-wise target and set up contribution in discussion with Sales Manager
∎ Expense, TA & DA bill checking of sales team
∎ Preparing yearly/ monthly sales report for the management
∎ Maintain clear and open communication channels with the sales team, Management and other concern Departments
∎ Perform any other task as assigned time to time by the Management
