Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE from any reputed University preferably from SUST, BUET, KUET, RUET, AUST etc.
∎ Having MBA/Masters in Science background will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Washing Plant, Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the team independently.
∎ Have clear knowledge of both knit, denim & non denim washing process. Make the proper planning of washing (wet & dry process) and make report of production achievement.
∎ Make the plan of washing full month base on machine capacity.
∎ Have a knowledge of LC/PI/Acceptance/customs bond & make the report of accordingly. Strictly follow up the pending payment from the customer discuss with the management.
∎ Analyze individual Wash & Dry operator's performance.
∎ Time-study, capacity study & hourly production follows up. Monitoring Wash & Dry line score sheets by hourly basis
∎ Follow up on garments receive & delivery for both in-house & outside and make a vehicle plan accordingly.
∎ Ensure per day target delivery plan as well as secure the delivery plan based on shipment dead line.
∎ Making the daily Wash & Dry Line efficiency, Factory Efficiency, Production status.
∎ Making Factory Wash & Dry Hourly Production monitoring chart.

∎ Candidates must have IE and Supply chain experience
∎ Good negotiation skill to represent the plan to production management
∎ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills within the team
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
∎ Familiar with MS Office
∎ Willing to stay near to the factory premises
