Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE from any reputed University preferably from SUST, BUET, KUET, RUET, AUST etc.
∎ Having MBA/Masters in Science background will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production planning, Screen Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and collect information from the garments planner for all yuyers print orders.
∎ Prepare monthly, weekly, daily print planning.
∎ Provide print plan to all production concern.
∎ Prepare detail plan of upcoming orders.
∎ Separate orders based on production on Machine & Table facilities.
∎ Prepare capacity plan & discuss with production concern.
∎ Meeting with the production concern base on upcoming forecast orders.
∎ Arrange all materials on time for smooth production.
∎ Chemical availability check on the basis of forecasted orders.
∎ Chemical requisition as per requirement.
∎ Daily print status, Production, delivery follow up.
∎ Arrange capacity to ensure requirement of RMG section.
∎ Ensure production line feeding by communicating with RMG section.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Independent, proactive and long term planner
∎ Candidates must have IE and Supply chain experience
∎ Good negotiation skill to represent the plan to production management
∎ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills within the team
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
∎ Familiar with MS Office
