Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Auto cutter, CAD

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production as per sewing line plan.
∎ Table wise hourly production monitoring.
∎ Pre production activities update ( Pre cut plan, size set, fabric follow up, approval issue, Shade band, shrinkage, routine check).
∎ M/P Standardization, efficiency calculation.
∎ Ensuring quality input for sewing line.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head & others for Day to Day work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
