Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for knitting quality & ensure fabric quality as per customer quality standards.
∎ Responsible for developing fabric quality of knitting production.
∎ To assist production in all fabric & other operational related matters in textile division.
∎ Have to strong follow-up in outside knitting factory.
∎ Directly assist with knitting outside QC & improve quality standard.
∎ Ensure RFT above 98% on accuracy of quality activity.
∎ Ensure Loss time below 1% due to textile quality activity.
∎ Ensure people absenteeism below 5%. Establish and oversee all quality control procedures for established, leading global garments brands.
∎ Finalizing the critical operation, quality points and explaining to the Quality team.
∎ Responsible for final quality of all the knit & dyed fabric from the dyeing bulk production and ensuring quality product and quality level.
∎ Accountable for Fabric quality matters for dyeing bulk production.
∎ Manage fabric quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management.
∎ Solving any problem by discussing with higher authority and should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
