∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA application level (Minimum 1000 marks completed)

∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Company Secretary/ Share Division, Financial Reporting, Regulatory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Automobile, Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the Listing related requirements and meet up with all regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE within the timeframe.
∎ Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
∎ Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
∎ Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
∎ Research and analyses financial reports and market trends
∎ Monitoring of IPO Use of Proceeds and arranging auditing timely and analyzing for effective and efficient utilization.
∎ Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Review of PF & WPPF related reporting on timely basis.
∎ Make appraisal of new project/product in connection with financial viability when required.
∎ Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
∎ Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
∎ Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
∎ Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
∎ Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smooth in IFS Software operation, Proficiency in MS Office & ERP System.
∎ Strong analytically abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Able to prepare full set of company financial statements
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Salary: Negotiable
