Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Sales Plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business.
∎ Visiting potential Clients for new business.
∎ Randomly Visit with his Team Industry/ Real Estate/Contractor/ Authorize Person for product Enlistment.
∎ Organize Daily /Weekly /Monthly sales and Collection meeting with the team.
∎ Need to maintain good relationship with Industry/Real Estate/architectural and consulting firms.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue and sales.
∎ Provide post sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives for attracting the customers.
∎ Responsible to manage all the sales staffs and train them and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales.
∎ Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department's targets.
∎ Guide team to achieve the given target.
∎ Need to have knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection credit and new product entry.
∎ Monthly sales report preparation and submission to the Management.
∎ Any other job tasks assigned by the line manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should have great communication skills.
∎ Must have computer proficiency on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English.
