Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA are preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in traditional trade management, preferably in tiles/ceramic industries.

  • At least 2 years of similar and proven leadership experience are highly required.

Skills & Area of Expertise

  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and sales trends.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage sales teams effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.

  • Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Mir Ceramic Limited is going to launch their New Brand soon. As a part of this, we are seeking some dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager under the department of Marketing & Sales.

This is a team leader position, responsible for sales strategies, planning & execution, team management, market development and managing customer relationship across the assigned area.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through dealers and retailers.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to ensure consistent performance and growth.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand the client base through new business development.

  • Conduct market reviews on products, competitors, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and timely service delivery.

  • Maintain effective communication with customers and resolve sales-related issues efficiently.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

  • Ensure sales quality and compliance with company policies and standards.
