∎ Experience of working with ERP or any software-based project;
∎ Possess compliance mindset and innovation focus.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills·
∎ Ability to handle complex situation·
∎ Good negotiation skill and communication skill in English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collecting and analyzing data about a company's operational costs
∎ Setting standard costs of manufactured goods
∎ Developing and analyzing cost standards
∎ Check and verified all kind of bills and vouchers, inventory management, comprehensive audit.
∎ Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to the management
∎ Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
∎ Acting as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator between corporate office and the factory in terms of cost accounts.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
